Just like a college, tuition remains the same regardless of term length. Some months have 5 classes, others 3, but it all averages out to 4 per month. The benefits of our program are realized over the long haul. Your tuition dollars pay for the emotional, social and physical education your child receives, and not for a specified number of lessons, in a particular month, in a particular year. “Gymnastics of Ashe” is open 11 months a year, Closed August Only. Thank You. When enrolling your child, in one of our programs, please understand the following annual fees:
#1) "Annual" Administration
Fee (12 consecutive months) = $35.00
per child/yr; $70 MAXIMUM per family.
(An event held every year in May, to show off your child’s accomplishments to family and friends!) A) NOTE: If the $40.00 “GMC” fee is NOT “paid in full” when enrolling, then the BALANCE OF $20.00 is due with January’s tuition. This balance will be added to any "payment option" that includes the month of January. For those who enroll in January, February or March, the balance is due within 30 days of enrolling. Special Offer!! - An Embroidered “Gymnastics of Ashe” sweatshirt can be ordered now for only $23.50.

The Term Option is for the following "SPECIFIC MONTH GROUPINGS" only:
( Term #1 = June & July. Only/ Renewal DD = May 15th for a special
price = $99.00 ) Note: First time enrollees will receive this 5% discount regardless of the renewal due dates below. 1 hr class / per week = Check or Cash = $168.00 Late Renewal = $173.00 1.5
hr class / per week = Check or Cash = $217.00 Late
Renewal = $223.00
** If needed, the “Monthly Tuition Plan” may need to be “bank drafted”, for convenience and efficiency, "BEFORE" the first of each month. (Just like the YMCA’s)
Guidelines for Discounts & Due Dates & Refunds Tuition Discounts: Multi-Child / Family Discount = First child only pays full monthly tuition, * Each additional child receives a $10 Discount on EACH months tuition, regardless of payment option. ** You must deduct $10.00 discount prior to applying “Payment Option” discounts, when calculating 2nd, 3rd child tuition cost. DUE DATES (DD).........The DD is "2 weeks in advance" of EACH upcoming "payment option” offer, ( 3 month & 5 month ) IN ORDER TO RECEIVE "PAYMENT OPTIONS" FULL DISCOUNT" OFFER, payments must be received by their due dates, regardless of the timing of your child’s class day/date. (After due dates, the earned discount is 3% less) Mailed payments = "postmarked" accordingly. As a benefit, “renewal reminders” are issued for the “5 month” options. REFUNDS: There are “no refunds” on any “Payment Option”, regardless of attendance or month, unless there are extenuating circumstances, which we believe, are beyond your absolute control. It remains your responsibility to know and honor the “Due Dates” throughout the year. We are aware that rigid deadlines may seem harsh; however, the alternative to rigid deadlines is over booked OR under booked classes, not an acceptable alternative. ALL PROGRAM “PAYMENT OPTIONS” ARE FOR CONSECUTIVE MONTHS.
