must attend and perform to receive medal)
Arrival
Time...
Students are to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their "Session"
and report to gym for warm-up.
Entry Fee...
There is an annual $40.00 entry fee due each year from each enrolling
student, beginning September. You may either pay in full when
you first enroll your child into any Gymnastics
of Ashe classes, OR, pay it in two installments. There
is a $20.00 minimum deposit due when enrolling each child, towards the
next upcoming Gymnastics of Ashe
event. (The $20.00 deposit is "Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable")
The balance of $20.00 is automatically added to your child(s) January
tuition, regardless on what pay plan you are on. (Note: When a family
enrolls their child(ren) in Gymnastics
of Ashe class(es) in the months of January thru March,
the $20.00 balance is due within 30 days of enrolling.)
Note: Every parent will receive a form to fill out the middle of March
each year. Please fill it out and return it to front desk or by mail,
by your child's last class in March!! This form will let us know your
child's T-shirt size (Youth Small = 6 - 8 / YM = 10 - 12/ YL = 14 -
16/ Adult Small, AM, AL, AXL ).
The fee covers 3-D Gold Medal Awards, your personalized certificate
& T-shirt, event supervision, food, and other program cost.
Please see your "Parents Handbook" or website for this scheduled
event and procedures!
C'mon parents, if you've ever paid for recital costumes,

you know how reasonable this truly is.
