Do you know WHY you do what YOU do?

Then, I am ready to talk to you "IF" you really know "WHY" you do, what "YOU" do..... teaching the following: Pre-school and developmental gymnastic classes from ages 2.5 to 17, ensuring they are learning correct techniques, advancing and having fun! ALL YEAR LONG!

We are a non-competitive children's facility!! Gymnastics of Ashe is in beautiful Ashe County, West Jefferson, North Carolina...the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I am always looking for team players who are LOYAL, have a professional and Christian attitude of their position and responsibility, and understand to always respect their customers - parents & children, along with fellow staff, and management.

YOU MUST also have the following qualities - HIGH IN ENERGY, LOW IN MAINTENANCE, a true self starter who is confident in what WE ALL DO, making sure children are having fun and progressively learning in each and every one of their classes. I am looking for PART-TIME STAFF! The right people will already understand these high standard teaching principles and rules:

  1. Being on time AND ready for their classes with lesson plans.
  2. Expected Hours of work are AFTER-SCHOOL hours.
  3. The difference a "HIGH ENERGY" teacher makes to a class VS. a LOW energy teacher.
  4. Retention of students.
  5. Basic principles of customer service in a Christian program.
  6. EXCELLENT communication skills.
  7. A strong willingness to further their gymnastics, and cheer teaching skills through education and certifications.
  8. Part-time positions earn according to experience.
