Want to Operate Your Own Gymnastics Program?

Do you know WHY you do what YOU do?

..... teaching the following: Pre-school and developmental gymnastic classes from ages 2.5 to 17, ensuring they are learning correct techniques, advancing and having fun!

I have operated a non-competitive children's gymnastics program in the surrounding areas for 17 years, and I have decided to retire from teaching and operating a gymnastics program, at the end of the 2009 / 2010 school year. (at the end of May, 2010)

The program, Gymnastics of Ashe is in beautiful Ashe County, West Jefferson, North Carolina...the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I am searching for someone who is LOYAL, has a professional and Christian attitude of their position and responsibility, and understands to always respect their customers - parents & children.

YOU MUST also have the following qualities - HIGH IN ENERGY, LOW IN MAINTENANCE, a true self starter who is confident in what they do, making sure children are having fun and progressively learning in each and every one of their classes. I am looking for the right individual, or group, that will already understand these high standard teaching principles and rules:

Being on time AND ready for their classes with lesson plans.
Expected Hours of work are AFTER-SCHOOL hours.
The difference a "HIGH ENERGY" teacher makes to a class VS. a LOW energy teacher.
Retention of students.
Basic principles of customer service in a Childrens program.
Good Communication skills.
A strong willingness to further their teaching & tumbling skills through education and certifications.
Contains a proper mixture of Entertainer, Teacher and Enterpreneur.

I am a full time Realtor here in Ashe County, and I want to see this childrens gymnastics facility remain here, not only for my own children, but for all the children in the area. If you feel that you have the above traits and desires of either managing your own program, utilizing our equipment and leased facility, or, simply purchasing the gyms equipment and program outright (building is leased), then we should talk more about this by either email or calling me at 336. 246. 2460.
