
Gymnastics of Ashe Cheerleading classes teach tumbling skills needed for the sport of cheerleading. Skills such as: Cartwheels, Toe Touches, Round-offs, Back Hand Springs, Branies, Front Hand Springs, Back Tucks, and other stunting instruction are all part of the cheer class curriculum. Conditioning, flexibility and safety techniques are also included in this class to help the cheer athlete reduce their risk of injury and have more fun with the sport.
