Participants will be evaluated on their level and instructed on correct technique. Our professional gymnastics and cheerleading instructor will assist your group in progressions in accordance with their ability level and desired skill. Trampoline 'N' Tumbling classes are highly recommended for cheerleaders and wannabees.
